RETURN OF GOODS
You can return the product if it was received in the presence of a delivery service employee. GLOVART does not guarantee the resolution of disputed situations with the goods, if the goods were not checked upon receipt.
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”. You can return the product of proper quality within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, if the product has not been used, all tags, box, and original packaging have been preserved.
In order to return the product, you need:
Carefully fill out the application for the return of the product, which you will find together with the received order
Packaging of goods in a complete set. Its original appearance, properties, all factory labels, seals are preserved (that is, you return the product in the form in which you received it). Important: the original box must not be damaged.
The product can be returned by the services Nova poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest POSHTA. This is address delivery to the warehouse. Check the shipping address with the manager. (Check the data for sending the goods at the Nova poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest POSHTA branches).
To return goods by the Nova Poshta service, use the “Easy Return” service. This is a simple service that allows you to quickly and easily return the already received product if it did not suit you for certain reasons. If you are returning several different orders, you need to process each return in a separate package.
If you return several products from one order, you need to process the return of the products to the warehouses from which they were sent to you.
Payment for shipment:
the shipment of the goods is carried out at our expense in case of return of the goods of inadequate quality
the shipment is carried out at the customer’s expense, if the product is of proper quality (does not fit the style, model, color, etc.).
In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” (“On the Protection of Consumer Rights”), a list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to return was approved.
NON-RETURNABLE products include:
Sangiyena subjects
Down products
Gloves
Body underwear
Hosiery products
Antiphog
You can inspect the product at the branch and if the product does not suit you – refuse to receive it!!!
We will not be able to accept returns in the following cases:
There is no merchandise or receipt
More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
The product shows signs of use or other defects
The original packaging is not preserved.
The return is processed starting from 3 working days from the moment the product arrives at the warehouse, provided that the buyer has fulfilled all the conditions for returning the product. Funds for returned goods will be credited to the client’s card from 3 to 14 days (the term of crediting depends on the client’s bank) from the moment the return is processed
Refunds for the product are made automatically to the bank card from which the product was paid for or automatically using the details of the main bank card specified in your personal account, if the product was paid for after payment. Make sure that the bank card details are correct.
It is not recommended to use a bank card opened for receiving a salary, pension, scholarship or other social benefits for refund, if you did not pay for the returned product with this card.
